Imparting quality education and embed the students with value based education always remained the priority of Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal. Our university Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya also follow the legacy of need base education and benevolence for society. In last 105 years we have focused on education irrespective of caste, creed and religion and nurtured all the students who aspire for education in their chosen discipline.

The world is witnessing unprecedented challenges in last few year so far as health care sectors is concerned. The world was shaken by Covid 19 and its aftermath. Further global warming due to carbon emission pose stern challenges to the every living being on mother earth. Health care is an imperative and governments across the world mull on this issue seriously.

The world currently has a significant need for nursing professionals, with the World Health Organization (WHO) estimating a global shortage of millions of nurses, particularly in regions like Africa, South-East Asia, and the Eastern Mediterranean, highlighting the critical role nurses play in healthcare systems worldwide. According to WHO data, there is a projected shortage of millions of nurses globally, with estimates ranging from 5.9 million to 13 million depending on the source. I believe, in India key nursing skills include blend of both domain and sift skills viz. clinical skills, strong communication abilities, empathy, patient assessment, problem-solving, adaptability, time management, and a focus on preventive care. Further, the role of nursing students expands in terms of understanding cultural nuances and effectively interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds, all while navigating the specific healthcare needs within the Indian context.

We at Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal and Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya want to foster students having skills required to cater need of patients with professional ethics and compassion. We have created state of the art infrastructure for Shardaben Bhagubhai Mangaldas Patel Nursing and Paramedical College and on-boarded highly enthusiastic faculties having great domain expertise. I wish the institute a great success, in time ahead with its unique way of catering the nursing fraternity and society at large.
